How do I schedule a consultation?
To schedule a consultation, please use the contact form on our website. Once you submit your project details, you'll have the opportunity to select a convenient time for a meeting based on our availability. We look forward to discussing your project needs!
What is the deposit policy for projects?
For most projects, a non-refundable deposit of one-third of the total project fee is required to secure our services. This deposit, along with a signed contract, must be received before we can begin work on your project. Specific details will be outlined in your project proposal.
What happens if I make a late payment?
We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that can cause delays. Late payment notices are sent out 15 days after the payment due date. If payment is not received, late fees will be applied as follows:
